Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive a 25% booking deposit of the total program cost. Until the deposit has been received, we are unable to reserve accommodation or guarantee availability. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.

Reservation of Your Treatment Program

Your booking reserves a place in a personalized treatment program, rather than simply reserving accommodation. The program includes your accommodation, meals, medical supervision, consultations, therapies, and other services recommended by your treating doctors. For this reason, your reservation begins on the agreed arrival date, regardless of your arrival time.

Arrival Stay

Many of our international guests arrive in the evening after long-distance travel. To help you begin your treatment program feeling rested and settled, we recommend arriving on the evening before your scheduled treatment begins.

Your first medical consultation and treatment will begin the following morning, which marks Day 1 of your treatment program. The Arrival Stay may be added to your booking for an additional fee.

Departure Morning

Your treatment program concludes on your final scheduled treatment day. Accommodation on the night following your final treatment day, together with breakfast the following morning, is included in your treatment program.

We understand that onward travel arrangements vary. Whenever operationally possible, we are pleased to offer flexibility on your departure morning, allowing guests to remain in their room for a few additional hours after breakfast.

As room availability depends on incoming reservations and housekeeping requirements, we may occasionally ask guests to vacate their room earlier than they had hoped in order to prepare for arriving guests. Whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate your travel schedule.

If extended use of your room is not available, you are welcome to relax in our gardens and other common areas while awaiting your onward travel.

Cancellation Before Arrival

Late Arrival

If you arrive after your confirmed arrival date, we will make every reasonable effort to adapt your treatment schedule so that you receive the greatest possible benefit from your remaining stay.

As your treatment program, accommodation, and clinical resources have been reserved exclusively for you, your booking remains effective from the original confirmed arrival date. For this reason, charges apply from the original arrival date, and unused program days resulting from late arrival are generally not refundable.

Early Departure

If you leave before completing your scheduled treatment program, refunds are generally not provided for unused days. This policy reflects the fact that your accommodation, treatment schedule, and clinical resources have been reserved exclusively for your stay.

If your treating doctor recommends shortening your program for medical reasons, or in other exceptional circumstances, Himveda may consider an appropriate adjustment or refund for unused services.

Changes to Your Treatment Plan

Ayurveda is an individualized system of healthcare. Your treatment plan, therapies, medicines, diet, daily schedule, and recommendations may be modified during your stay based on your clinical progress and the judgement of your treating doctors.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Any bank charges, foreign exchange differences, or payment processing fees incurred during the transaction may be deducted from the refunded amount.
