Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully

Welcome to Himveda. These Terms & Conditions explain how our website, consultations, treatment programs, online courses, and educational services operate. They are intended to ensure a safe, respectful, and transparent experience for everyone who engages with Himveda.

1. About Himveda

Himveda provides four primary services: Residential Ayurvedic Treatment & Panchakarma, Online Consultations, Online Ayurveda Courses, and Clinical Immersion Programs.

2. Acceptance

By using our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

Adults may use our services. Children aged 10 years or above may receive treatment only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Medical Information

You must provide complete and accurate medical information. We may decline or discontinue treatment if information is withheld, a condition is unsuitable for Ayurvedic management, the patient is medically unstable, or a safe therapeutic relationship cannot be established.

5. Mutual Trust

Ayurvedic care requires openness, communication, and mutual trust. Himveda reserves the right to decline or discontinue care where this relationship cannot be maintained.

6. Individualized Care

Ayurveda is an individualized system of healthcare. Your treatment plan, therapies, herbal medicines, diet, daily routine, and recommendations may be modified throughout your stay based on your clinical progress and the professional judgement of your treating doctors. These adjustments are an integral part of providing personalized Ayurvedic care and do not constitute a reduction in services.

Treatment Outcomes

Ayurveda is an individualized system of healthcare. Every person's constitution, health condition, and response to treatment are unique. While our doctors strive to provide the highest standard of personalized care, individual results cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

For this reason, Himveda does not guarantee any specific treatment outcome, recovery, or improvement. Treatment recommendations are made in accordance with professional clinical judgement and accepted standards of Ayurvedic practice.

Our commitment is to provide thoughtful, individualized, and evidence-informed Ayurvedic care—not to promise specific results.

7. Online Consultations

These do not replace emergency medical care. Recording consultations requires prior written consent of both parties.

8. Online Courses

Courses are licensed to a single user only, may not be shared, and include one year of access unless stated otherwise.

9. Clinical Immersion

Immersion programs are educational and do not constitute professional licensure.

10. Payments

Payment must be completed before paid services are provided unless otherwise agreed.

11. Intellectual Property

All website, course, and educational content remains the intellectual property of Himveda and may not be copied, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

12. Website Use

Users must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.

13. Conduct

We may refuse or discontinue services for abusive behaviour, harassment, repeated disregard of medical advice, illegal activity, or conduct affecting safety.

14. Healthcare Disclaimer

Ayurveda complements informed healthcare decisions. Patients are encouraged to maintain communication with their existing healthcare providers where appropriate.

15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Himveda's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

16. Third Parties

Payment processors and other third-party services operate under their own terms.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
